FAQ/About
Welcome To Land of Blocks. If you are playing on steam you can right click the game and click properties, go to local files and browse local files. When you found local files you need to put the client you downloaded into the Add-ons Folder. Once you do that restart blockland and it should work. Any further questions that aren't explained here should be asked directly to the admins.
Getting Started
Robin is located in the ordunia town right where you spawn, wearing red clothes a backpack and holding a bronze axe. He will give you starting gear if you ask, to access the inventory press m and click inventory in the bottom left hand corner. Select the item you want and click equip. You can only equip 5 items but hold as many as you want, so manage your equipped items carefully.
The town Bandit Land from the 1st quest is right past the mines which is connected to Ordunia, but be careful, you can die and when you die, there is a chance you will drop an item so be careful!
Stats
You may notice a Combat Lvl at the bottom of your screen, each time you level up combat you gain 3 health and a small damage boost to sword and bow attacks and the same goes with magic which you can get later on.
Starter Towns
The 2 main towns in the game are Ordunia home to the dungeon which you can do for dungeon coins for the dungeon shop, and then there is Whitestone home to the Whitestone Mine which is the biggest mine in the game and the only one containing mithril and adamantite.
Armor/Weapon Tiers
Bronze>Iron>Steel>Mithril>Adamantite>Diamond>Dragon
Skills
Skills available are: Mining, Smithing, Smelting, Firemaking, Woodcutting, Cooking, Combat, Magic and Climbing. All of the skills can be grouped together. For instance, smithing and smelting requires you to mine, so mining, smithing and smelting go together. To mine higher ores you need to get your mining level up by Mining the ores, same goes with smithing and smelting.
The next pair is combat, magic, and climbing! Combat and Magic are your basic forms of attack like using a sword or using a fireball spell but climbing to escape your attackers is a skill that not many people look into but it can really really help if you need to run away or make yourself harder to hit.
Magic items start off with low damage but get higher as you increase their level a lvl 100 magic skill can do so much more damage than a lvl 1 and the same goes with combat.
Now we are down to firemaking, cooking and woodcutting. To make a fire to increase your firemaking you need to cut down trees. To increase your woodcutting, you will utilze an axe and while you have your fire going you can cook food to regenerate your health after or before fighting.
